Utilities There is a cap on the electricity of $300 and water of $150 per month. The owner pays up to this amount. If usage charges are applied the amount will be deducted from the security deposit and a copy of the bill will be provided for your records. If you choose to run the A/C extra cold or leave the water running for a long period of time, the utility bills can increase significantly, therefore we ask our guests to assume the cost for the additional usage. Pets are accepted at this property on a case by case basis. If you plan to bring a pet we will need to know the breed, age, and weight. If your pet is accepted there is an additional security deposit of $200 for one pet and $100 for an additional pet. If your pet(s) take their “coat” with them when you depart and there are no extra charges for cleaning or flea treatments you will receive a full refund. If your pet leaves their “coat” in the unit and/or a flea treatment is required, the deposit will be used to cover these costs.
